Coeliac Disease

People with Coeliac Disease should avoid dietary gluten, which is found in wheat barley, rye, oats and in many commercial products.  

Gluten damages the cells lining the small intestines resulting in gastrointestinal problems.  The symptoms and severity of Coeliac Disease varies between individuals, but in all cases gluten should be completely avoided in the diet.
